"We used Ian to cater our wedding in October 2013. We met up a couple of months before the wedding to discuss our requirements. He was extremely helpful, putting forward ideas, many we hadn't even thought of. Deciding what to serve at our wedding was our biggest headache, due to the large number of guests (175), all with different dietary requirements and the outdoor venue we chose had no kitchen! After our meeting we felt confident and at ease that Ian had it all under control.

Ian created a menu with a lot of variety. It was clear that Ian is very experienced at this. Chef Ian took care of everything: supplying food, staff, catering equipment, all tableware and cutlery. His team was well presented and extremely helpful on the day, which helped us to relax and enjoy the day even more.

We would highly recommend Chef Ian and his team to anyone wanting a professioanly, creative and well organised caterers for their special day."
